here is what i ate today. i obviously didn't go with my meal plan.
so this week is a little wacked out. we were in chi. then mark is going out of town, as soon as he gets back on friday, sydney, cooper and i are taking a girls overnight trip to nebraska to pick up sydney's birthday present, a 12 week old maltese! the drive is 5 1/2 hours, so we will leave on friday, pick the dog up on saturday and then head home with the newest member of our family. we are all really excited and obviously sydney is literally counting the minutes until we meet him. i'm going to fit everything in when i can but i might not follow my schedule perfectly.

Congrats on the new family addition. You certainly are busy right now. It's hard to stay on track sometimes when you are not in routine, but just do the best you can. Life happens and you need to enjoy it, just don't lose sight of your goals.
ReplyDeleteThank you Betty!! You are SO right! It's all about enjoying life in the moment and then refocusing as soon as you can. I will definitely get my run in tomorrow. I can't wait to share pictures of our new little pup!
DeleteJust out of curiosity, how often do you aim to do PB every week? Is it an every other day thing or just a certain number of classes?
ReplyDeleteHi Kathryn! Great question! During this training, I will try to go 3 times one week, then 4 times the next. When I am not training for a half-marathon, I would ideally try to go 4-5 days a week and mix in cardio as well. This week is obviously crazy for me, everything should resume as scheduled next week :)
